Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Echo AI Voice website and service, including service-related SMS communications used in restaurant call, order, and payment workflows.
Effective date: August 26, 2026
1. Echo AI Voice service
Echo AI Voice provides software designed to support restaurant phone interactions and related operational workflows. Depending on the restaurant configuration, the service may assist with calls, order capture, pickup or delivery information, reservations, customer details, payment-link delivery, and associated administrative records.
The exact features available to a restaurant may depend on its configured account, branch settings, integrations, and service arrangement.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Echo AI Voice only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the service's intended operation. You must not use the website or service to interfere with system availability, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or organization, transmit unlawful or abusive content, or misuse communications functionality.
3. Accounts and access
Where an account is provided, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed through their authorized access. Access rights may vary by assigned role, restaurant association, and permissions configured in the service.
4. Restaurant and customer information
Restaurants and authorized users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to the service, including menu, pricing, branch, availability, and operational information. Customer information collected during restaurant interactions is processed to support the applicable call, order, booking, or service workflow.
How Echo AI Voice handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. SMS messaging terms
Program name: Echo AI Voice.
Echo AI Voice may send service-related text messages when SMS is part of an applicable restaurant or customer interaction. These messages may include order information, payment links, confirmations, or other transactional information connected with the interaction for which the recipient provided a mobile number and applicable consent.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the applicable restaurant order or service request.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply
STOPto opt out of further messages from the applicable messaging sender. You may receive a confirmation that your opt-out request was processed. - Help: Reply
HELPto the number from which you received the message for assistance. For additional assistance, you may also contact Echo AI Voice through the website contact channel. - Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The public Demo Request form is not an SMS opt-in mechanism. Providing a phone number there is optional and is used for demo coordination; it does not enroll the submitter in an SMS messaging program.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using non-SMS service channels that remain available to you. If you later want to receive messages again, you must complete the applicable opt-in process again.
SMS consent and mobile opt-in data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reviewer evidence · Verbal opt-in
Actual restaurant-caller SMS consent workflow
Program / sender identity: Echo AI Voice supports service-related restaurant order and payment messaging. The applicable restaurant is identified by name in both the verbal consent question and the transactional text message.
SMS purpose: For delivery or pickup orders, the text delivers the payment link and transaction details connected with the caller's order. It is not a marketing opt-in.
- The caller initiates a restaurant call and places a delivery or pickup order.
- After the order is confirmed, and before any payment-link SMS is sent, Echo presents the separate verbal SMS consent disclosure shown below.
- If the caller explicitly says yes: consent is recorded with a timestamp and the payment-link SMS may be sent.
- If the caller says no: the decline is recorded and no SMS is sent. If the caller later asks to receive the text, the disclosure is presented again before a new affirmative response can authorize SMS.
Exact verbal consent script
“Would you like to receive a text from [Restaurant Name] with the payment link for this order? This is optional; you can decline and arrange payment another way. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Is that okay?”
Sample transactional SMS
STOP / HELP: The transactional message itself states “Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.” Additional messaging disclosures are listed in the SMS Messaging Terms, and mobile-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Demo Request boundary: Providing a phone number through the public Demo Request form is for demo coordination only and does not constitute SMS opt-in.
6. Payment links and transaction information
Where the service provides a payment link or payment-related information, the link is supplied in connection with the applicable restaurant transaction. Restaurants remain responsible for their pricing, order fulfillment, refunds, and other commercial obligations to their customers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
7. Third-party services
Echo AI Voice may rely on third-party providers or integrations to deliver parts of the service, including communications and other technical infrastructure. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
8. Availability and service changes
Software and communications services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or affected by network, carrier, integration, maintenance, or other technical conditions. Echo AI Voice may update or modify service features as the product evolves, subject to any separate contractual commitments that apply to a customer.
9. Intellectual property
The Echo AI Voice name, website design, software, and related service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to users.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, service, communications program, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current published version.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms or the Echo AI Voice service, use the public contact channel. For SMS-specific assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message.
